Here are some steps you need to do:
--create a new share
--go to Services-->Standard File Protocols-->check HTTP to enable HTTP service
--go to Shares-->Share listing-->HTTPS-->Default Access enable HTTP service on the new share and set it to read only
--go back to Services-->Standard File Protocols-->HTTP--> select share you created in “Redirect default web access to this share”,keep "Login authentication on this share" to disable if you want to open this HTTP share access to everyone.
--access http://NASIPaddress
--if you want to add authentication to the HTTP share, add a new user and set it to access list in "Shares-->Share listing-->HTTPS-->Share Access Restrictions-->Users allowed access"
