I am having the same problem with a 4220. Is there a solution to this?

I contacted support, they said they would have an engineer call me yesterday after 2:00PM but there was not call.

Please try these steps:
Removal via ReadyNAS OS integrated share browser (Firmware 6.0.0 and above):
(a) Browse to the following URL in your preferred browser, replacing [ReadyNAS] with the IP address or hostname of your ReadyNAS and replacing [volume] with your volume name (default “data”)
Note: Do not include the brackets []. These are included for visibility.
https://[ReadyNAS]/admin/browse.html#path=%2F[volume]%2F.timemachine
(b) If prompted for login use your normal web interface credentials
2c) Select the appropriate sparse bundle and click the “Delete” button - 0r0r0rAspirantThanks, that worked!
I appreciate your help.
