Yeah Stefan - that's the funny thing - when dealing with my customers I generally make it a point to ask the obvious questions first (is it plugged in? lol...) and would think that I would ask myself these kinds of questions first as well, however I guess I thought I was too smart to have made such a simple mistake (or something).
Anyhow, I do appreciate the time ya both put into it!
