iTunes Media Streaming
Hi,
I have copied my entire iTunes library to my ReadNAS. The iTunes folder now sits in the Data > Music share. I have enabled iTunes streaming services.
On both my laptop and PC running the very latest version of iTunes, I can pick up my streaming library but for some reason, it only has Films listed - no music, audiobooks, podcasts etc. The iTunes copy on the NAS is an exactly replica from my laptop.
I can view the music on my iPad using "8player" with no issues whatsoever so the music is there.
Any ideas why I cant see the music on the Shared Library from iTunes?

- You are saying that you click on your shared library (listed under "SHARED" on the left pane of iTunes), and expand it so the arrow next to it points downward, and not to the right?
And you don't see music listed as a category? - Yes, exactly that. The only category listed is "Films"
- Actually, looking at the left hand pane, I have "Films" and "Playlists". I can expand the playlists folder and even play songs from the Playlists. But no "Music" entry so no way to play music that isn't in a playlist.
- Did you ever find a fix for this? I am experiencing exactly the same issue, only movies and playlists showing up under the shared library.
