The 1.0.3 add-on is an update add-on. It only contains what needs to be updated and requires that you have Firefly installed. Please do an OS Re-install (http://www.readynas.com/kb/faq/boot/how_do_i_use_the_boot_menu#duo_nv_nv_x6600) then install http://www.readynas.com/download/addons/3.01/CleanITunesConfig_0.1.bin via System > Update > Local, then attempt to install the 1.0.3 update again.
