I had this issue and just went through all the steps of firmware reset, reinstall the latest update, install the clean config, turn off/on firefly and to no avail. I read on a mac forum that you could create a new folder on the media share, move all the music to that folder and then add the new folder to firefly. I tried this, but after a scan it still shows 0 songs in the firefly admin panel. So I tried renaming the default directory in the firefly admin panel from /c/media/Music to /c/media/Tunes with Tunes being the name of the new folder in the media share. When I hit apply I get this error message Error: 500general:mp3_dir. Any thoughts?
