iTunes Server add-on kills firefly?

corriglionni's issue was resolved by Teamviewer.
An OS Re-install was performed.
In addition two things were noted:
1. Under iTunes > Preferences > General > Show:, the Shared Libraries checkbox was unticked. This needs to be checked
2. The iTunes files were not in the default path of the Music folder on the media share on data volume C. In the Firefly web-admin interface under Configuration you can change the Music folder (e.g. to "/c/Music/Music" in this case - note the ReadyNAS is a Linux machine and the path needs to be written in this style and is case-sensitive) to where the Music is stored save your changes then go back to the Status tab and Start a Full Scan.
corriglionni also had a separate issue where the email alerts stopped working. My guess is that the two-factor authentication Gmail has introduced isn't compatible with the email configuration in Frontview. He'll resolve that issue himself and that would be best discussed in another thread.
