itunes suggestion request

So if one has most/all of their digital music library in iTunes (but not protected- that is mostly mp3), what would be the optimal manner of a) backing it up to a readynas, and b) streaming it via both dlna (tv) and other possible solutions / extensions (e.g. android smartphone etc...) if any?

Oh, almost forgot- this is assuming the readynas is a pro6 or better.
