Lexmark X464 to ReadyNAS FTP Server

If you only want FTP access on your LAN then "masquerade as" should be the name of the NAS.
The FTP address for the printer needs to include the name of a share: FTP://RNAS/SHARE
SHARE also needs to be enabled for FTP access, and set up for so the printer has permission to write to the share. If you use static IP addresses or DHCP reservations, then you could add the printer IP address to the "write enabled hosts" list. Or just make the default share access read/write.
