I believe they released a bad firmware?
I installed 6.10.10 on an RN102, and have 6.10.9 on all the rest.

Can you post a screenshot, so we can see the status?
Do you have a spare disk? One test that would be useful would be to do a factory install on a blank disk, and then see if the NAS works correctly.

Understood. I am assuming you have not made any recent backups of your data. Is that the case?

If I take all the disks out and factory wipe it, put the disks back in, will the unit see all the data as before? or will it have a default RAID mode and risk destroying my data?
I can't remember what RAID mode I used.
See attached for raidar screenshot.
No backups, it's too costly to backup 12TB storage!
Thanks

The data and config info is all on the disks. So no problems there. Do label the disks by slot as you remove them (and obviously be careful when handling them). Dropping one would be really bad.
The idea in doing the test is that it would tell us if the problem is with the disks or with the chassis..
A followup question - have you ever used the linux command line?

A 12 TB backup drive from Seagate or WD would cost around $250. If you need data recovery (which you might), then you will spend more than that, and still might not get back all your data.

I have never used liux command line in regards to readynas.
I've used linux years ago though.
I don't understand how it suddenly stopped working, I'm strongly feel it's update related.
OK, I just tried radiator again and it's mounted the data!!
I've run Diags:
"Successfully completed diagnostics
System
No errors found.
Logs
No errors found."I have no idea how it's suddenly working after 7 hours!!
What do you suggest I try next? I can't backup as I dont have anything large enough.
Should I downgrade the firmware version? Which version should I use?
Thanks
