    Hi rjwerth

What firmware are you running on the NAS?

Is your iOS app on ver. 2.0.2? if you are using Desktop app have you tried reinstalling?

    Regards

I'm using Android, not iOS (as mentioned in the linked thread).  This problem has been an issue through several ReadyNAS versions over the last year and a half but I'm running the latest 6.9.3.  The problem has been an issue for 4 different phones so it isn't device specific.
