missing 1Tb on Xraid2

if my math is correct for xraid2 I should be having 8Tb usable , 4 for parity and 1tb unusable.
I went from ~5.5Tb before the 3Tb was added, after it rebuild and all drives are green, it's reading that the 3Tb only have 2Tb allocated which is fine but should I be getting 8Tb or 7-ish TB?

- One of your disks is missing from /dev/md3 which should be included in that array.
- so what does that mean?
