NAS 104 and NAS214
My NAS104 has 2X5T and 2X6T disks; I have about 15T total space. I'm just beginning to use an additional NAS214 with 4X6T disks and I end up with about 11T storage Both show RAID X and RAID 5. Both running firmware 6.6 Why the difference?
You should see 18 TB (~16.4 TiB) of space.
I suspect one of your 6 TB drives isn't in the array. Download the log zip, and look in mdstat.log You're looking for a disk marked as "spare".
If you just purchased, you can use phone support to get this fixed.
