Problem is solved by the dutch helpdesk. The problem was that is has to with my credentials , i can reach now my nas by typing in 192.168.2.1 not via nas . It;s in ticket #25575099
They will ask to write an update of the firmware

I had that problem briefly when I first upgraded to Windows 10.
I installed SMBplus on the NAS, then set the SMB version to 2.1. The problem disappeared. Then I tried resetting the SMB version to 3.0 - and found I still had access.
I don't know if that actually solved my issue, or if it was coincidence - but there's no harm in trying.

The NAS already supports 3.0 (as does Windows 10). All you need to do is change the selection in SMB plus back to 3.0.
As I said, this might have been coincidental, and didn't fix anything. However, my NAS is working well with my Windows 10 desktop.
What NAS firmware are you running???
