Problem is solved by the dutch helpdesk. The problem was that is has to with my credentials , i can reach now my nas by typing in 192.168.2.1 not via nas . It;s in ticket #25575099
They will ask to write an update of the firmware

Hi There
I got the same problem with my laptop also with windows 10 . On my desktop it's now solved not with my laptop. I canb ping the nas and acces it by typing in 192.168.2.1 not by explorer and \\nas by browser
Is there allready a fix availible?

Is your problem that \\192.168.2.1 in file explorer fails? Or that \\NAS fails?
Or something else?

Well let me explain i can acces it via the file explorer wile typing in \\192.168.2.1 not \\nas i can ping it and also acces it via Chrome . while typing in in thge file explorer i can reach it the nas . this can't in my laptop. what is possible with my desktop pc

I'm assuming your NAS is called NAS? Is the windows workgroup on the NAS set to match the PCs?

well let me tell you The Nas is called Nasd it default settings
Yes you can do a teamviewer session to solve this issue for onces and for all . Otherwise i'm thinking to buy a other nas, What round is out ridiculous to spend again € 200 for a new device, I start a little pissed off to be because it is still not working.
