NAS backup
Hi all,
My NAS is 2 Bay, How to backup my data from 1 SATA to another SATA

Do you mean back it up from one internal drive to the other? Normally the NAS would be using XRAID/RAID-1 - so the two drives would be automatically mirrored.
This isn't quite the same as a backup though (and RAID redundancy isn't enough to keep your data safe).
