Nas Duo slow AFP connection?
Hi all, I've just upgraded my nas duo with two new 'Seagate 2TB SATA III Performance Hard Drive ST2000DM001 7200rpm 64MB Cache' drives (straight swap)
My AFP connection has gone really slow with the CIFS maintaining good speed. I'm running RAIDiator 4.1.8 on a mac running osx 10.6.8 and have rolled back to 4.1.7 and 4.1.6 and haven't seen any improvement in speed.
Is there anything that I can try as I need to get my data copied back over to the drives over the weekend and am unable to use CIFS due to file naming.
Any thought or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

- devs1AspirantHi I've just this minute tried that and its still the same? Anything else that could be worth a try??
Many thanks! - devs1AspirantOne thing that I did consider doing that would enable the files to be moved in time for work next week. Was to use copy via the terminal using CIFS to suppress the finder errors.. But was sure if that would be the best route.. would I lose any file with long file names?
- devs1AspirantI left the backup file copying over night via AFP and this morning it has stopped with the error "The operation can’t be completed because an unexpected error occurred (error code -50)."
Does anyone know how I can restore my files to a nas duo?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks. - devs1AspirantFurther update..
I've tried to copy an important folder from my nas ext3 usb back to a mac running 10.6.8 and receive the following error...
"You can’t copy “folder name” because it has the same name as another item on the destination volume, and that volume doesn’t distinguish between upper- and lowercase letters in filenames."
Does this error indicate anything that may help solve this issue?
Thanks. - devs1AspirantAnyone??
