There were 4 1TB drives working and then I added a 5th. I removed and reinserted one to verify the type before posting and it finished the resync eventually but didn't help.
What I like now is RAIDar shows all drives Green except for #1 and FV only lists #2 as being alive. RAIDar and FV also show a drive in a bay that is empty (#5) which I removed earlier as that seemed to be the start of everything bad happening. That didn't fix anything either. This whole NAS thing has been very frustrating over the years I've had it.
