Need help configuring rsync back from ReadyNAS to Synology
I've got a ReadyNAS Ultra 6 as a media storage center, and I've purchased a much larger Synology DiskStation to use as a backup destination for the ReadyNAS. I'm having trouble getting the settings...

Don't use the path you use from your Mac. That's not correct.
Put the IP address of the Synology NAS in the host field and the sharename in the path (or a folder within the share e.g. "sharename/foldername")
Ensure that Rsync is enabled on the Synology and that you've enabled Rsync access for the relevant share (if Rsync is enabled on a share by share basis on the Synology. I don't know as I don't have one).
Running the backup job from the ReadyNAS you do not need the Rsync service enabled on the ReadyNAS. Only the Remote: Rsync server, needs the Rsync service enabled.
