We value feedback from our customers and regardless of whether feedback passed on relates to a bug or a feature request it is reviewed by our engineering team. You raised a number of issues with our support agent and certainly most (if not all) of these were feature requests.
If the naming is considered to be an bug then it would still likely be a lower priority bug.
