Netgear's recommendation is to back up your data and do a factory reset. Then rebuild the NAS (install add-ons, etc), and restore the data from backup.

I have NAS because don't have any other space...
I found https://community.netgear.com/t5/ReadyNAS-Beta-Release/4-2-16-T75-problem-s-ultra-6-w-six-3-TB-drives/m-p/799924#M470 offline resizing, but i can't install isof :/

It'd be best if you start a new one, and begin by posting your NAS model and what firmware you are running (along with your problem statement).
