no admin access, offline from readycloud
ReadyNas21200, firmware 6.6.1
I always accessed my readynas from lan and through readycloud, without any problem, but in the last week I'm facing a serious problem with readycloud: when I sign in, readycloud sees the nas, but says it's offline
The nas is perfectly visible on the lan: ping ok, nmap listing the device with its correct IP
The lan is correctly connected to the internet
the lan has the dns servers defined (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4)
I've rebooted the nas: nothing changed
Any hint?

on the nas readycloud had been turned off
I turned it on and everything is ok
