No longer have access to files on duo v1
Hopefully I get a response and some help from these forums. I searched these forums and found nothing directly related to my issues. Others were making changes, etc. when issues arose. Here goes:...

Check that you have a v1:

Do you know what firmware is on the nas?
Try resetting the permissions on the relevant share:
Click on the "Advanced Options" Tab on the upper right.
Set the Share Folder Owner to nobody, and the Share Folder Group to nogroup.
Set Share folder group rights and everyone rights to read/write
Check the box next to "Set ownership and permission..."
The click on "Apply" at the bottom right.
The box next to "set ownership" will clear, and after a bit there should be a pop-up telling you it is finished.
