No USB Share after connecting USB disk

This happened to just one of my 4 USD hard drives and I had to plug it into my computer and go into disk mgmt and delete the partition from the USB drive. I added a primary partition and plugged it back in the ReadyNAS and formated it FAT32. It then showed up. You will of course lose all the data on the USB drive though.
