No Volumes after shutdown

Hello everyone.

We've been having issues with our ReadyNAS 104.

It's being used as backup destination of our server (using ARCservD2D - Daily/Weekly backup).

Yesterday it got a bit slow, so I shut it off from the admin interface. When it got back up, it gave me the NO VOLUMES error and I couldn't see a single file!

I ran a disk check from the boot menu. When it finished, i logged back to the admin panel, under Volumes and there where I saw Disk 1 & 3 were red with a little green LED, while Disk 2&4 were black, again with a little green LED (it mounts 4 x 1TB Seagate Barracuda's).

System's on RAID 5 (X-RAID).

How can I get access to our files? Did we lose them?

Please, help!

Looking forward to a feedback of yours.

Cheers.

      It doesn't look good.

      Hope you have a backup.

        Hello,

2 disks are for storage and 2 work as backups to them.

Do I still have no options?
