NV+ can't connect to Lion shares
Sorry if someone has already gone over this but I looke all around in the forum and could not find a solution. I have a NV+ (RAIDiator 4.1.8 [1.00a043]) which is the primary file server on my netwo...
This is my config:
Model: ReadyNAS NV+ [X-RAID]
Firmware: RAIDiator 4.1.8 [1.00a043]
Memory: 256 MB [2.5-3-3-7]
Connecting to the shares through CIFS works just fine, but AFP just won't do it (anymore); actual Immediate response: "There was a problem connecting to the server"
My current "work around":
1. in Frontview, under Backup, TimeMachine, uncheck the "Enable Timemachine" checkbox
2. Apply settings
3. Re- check the box
4. Apply setings
5. Tell TimeMachine to "Backup Now"
An hour later, for the next backup, timemachine cannot find the disk...
I am clueless about what is going on. Thanks for any help! :(
