I found a note on another forum question where somebody mentioned making the FS as FAT32. I currently don't have any FS selected and believe that may be the error. When I changed the FS to Format FAT32, it said, "this format option will wipe out all of the data on this partition. Do you want to continue?" I'm assuming this means it will wipe out the information on the external, not the data from my NAS, correct? I just want to make sure before I do this that I'm not going to wipe out my NAS by accident.
