NV+ stuck on "Booting..."
Switched from DSL to cable internet today. As a result, my NV+ lost its IP address. So I properly shut it down from the unit and restarted. It's now been a half-hour and it still says "Booting..."...

You could try rebooting the NAS if you like.
You are looking (e.g. using SeaTools) to see if there is a failing disk. Manufacturers have both short and long tests for doing this.
