NV+ stuck on booting, including after trying os reinstall

If you have a windows PC, try linux reader on disk 1 (http://www.diskinternals.com/linux-reader/)
Disk 2 won't work, the RAID in the NV+ v1 uses a parity disk (does not distribute parity blocks), and the parity disk only contains a formatted OS partition. The parity data (copy in your case) is there, but saved to the raw disk (not a partition).
Label the disks if you remove them, it makes identification of the main drive easier.
