NV+ stuck on booting, including after trying os reinstall
I have an old NV+ from around 2005-2006 (I don't exactly recall). I have long since lost track of any warranty or support options that came with it that I may have registered for. I would be open ...

OK, I was able to get the drives out.
Alas, it looks like drive 1 is dead. It either clicks horribly, or if it is quiet it fails to be recognized. I see system error messages. I'm afraid that drive is probably not readable.
Drive 2 is recognized and shows up as an unlabelled drive with no disk partition, which matches what I was previously told here.
I'm hoping that there is some way to pull the files out of the raw data on drive 2, since drive 2 seems to be in good shape. Basically, I have a readynas with serious problems (possibly dead) and also one out of two drives of a RAID 1 set dead, but I still would think it would be possible to recover the data from the other member of the mirror. Has anyone managed to do it?
