NV+ [X-RAID] Firmware Updates?
Hi, I have a NV+ [X-RAID] s/n 000da201b78c with firmware 4.00c1-p2 [1.00a037] that is working fine but hasn't had any TLC since about 2008. I would like to update to the latest available software...
Spoke too soon. The update seems to have worked (RAIDar shows 4.1.13), but the home screen on Frontview is blank, and the system summary part doesn't get populated with hostname, serial number, etc. Everything else seems to be OK
Prior to the update I could see this information on the home screen. Any idea why it isn't showing up now (multiple refreshes do nothing)
Remote update works now, so the firmware update cured that problem too ;-)
