Try changing the share group to users in advanced settings, then resetting permissions using:
Set ownership and permission for existing files and folders in this share to the above settings. This option is useful in cases where you are changing security levels and need to workaround file access problems.
Tick the box and click apply.
If this doesn't work , then I'd suggest setting your permissions wide open and one by one adding the restrictions until you see which one is causing the error.
I'd also try unticking this:
When new folders are created over CIFS, set folder permissions as follows: Group: R/W Everyone: Disabled
