NVX can't copy file permission following f/w update 4.2.27

I can now copy files to NVX as the default user "copy", as well as myself (user "ro") or admin.
Sadly, permissions are still not copied.
As far as xcopy command is concerned the result was:
C:\Users\ro>xcopy C:\Users\ro\Pictures\ \\NVX\backup\testpics /O /X /E /H /K
Access denied
0 File(s) copied
