Hi,
I have downloaded the ARM Version and started the upload. Unfortunately after a few seconds the windows closes without any info. So I can't it check :-(

I have found in logs:
"Volume: System volume root's usage is 100%. This condition should not occur in normal conditions. Contact technical support"
Perhaps is it the reason why I can't install the new firmware?
Btw. I have 3.90 TB free on my NAS

Yes. The root partition is a 4 GB (not TB) partition that holds the NAS operating system (and which the NAS boots from). It's not the same as your data volume.

One way is to contact support (support.netgear.com) and let them fix it. They might charge- if so ask about per-incident support.
A surefire but painful way is to do a factory reset on the NAS, reconfigure it, and reload all the data from backups.
Cleaning it yourself is possible if you are comfortable with the linux command line. But there is no step-by-step procedure - because you need to first diagnose what is causing the disk to become full. It could be a run-away log, or a badly behaving app, or ...
