What firmware are you running?  The Duo v1 (4.1.x firmware) won't handle disks larger than 2 TB.

    I'm running on 6.7.4, and I can't tell you if it's a V1 or not

      If you are running 6.7.4, then you don't have a Duo at all.  You have one of these:

      • RN102
      • RN202
      • RN212
      • RN312
      • RN422

      Can you post a screenshot of your current volumes tab (from the admin web ui)?

        Okay, it's written RN102. But I was sure it was a duo :/
