Password
I have my Timemachine backup on my ReadyNAS 104. I can log on as the admin but when I try to log on to my Timemachine it will not accept my password. Can I recover this password in some way?

Thank you for all your help. I was able to recover my password and when I booted up in RECOVERY mode and put the password I got an error message"Time Machine was unable to recover from this backup" I would think thats all that can be done. Thanks Again.

Hi JennC,
Thanks for the reply. Sorry about the email not being complete, new at this. The Firmware on my NAS is version 6.6.0.
Also I followed your directions but I didnt see the password . i was probably doing something wrong.

In the keychain there should be an entry for the user you use to connect to the NAS for Time Machine backups. Assuming you have a Mac currently backing up to the NAS successfully using Time Machine.
If you click on that entry you should be prompted to enter your Keychain password (typically your password to login to your Mac) if you want to reveal the password.
