Permission denied at backup with rsync
I have a strange problem that I can not find any answer to.
When I do a Backup with rsync, I have no permission to any of the files via NFS or CIFS. Even when login in into the NAS as admin, I can not delete them.
I have already googled around a bit, but non of the answers helped. Is there anything I am missing?

- ewokNETGEAR ExpertYou should be able to delete them if you connect the share as admin over CIFS.
Rsync will try to keep the original permissions and ownerships of the files and folders from the source. These settings may or may not allow access depending on how your UIDs and GIDs are in sync with the rsync source.
