Personal Web Server - Static IP?

Yes, using a Belkin router with port 80 forwarding set to the ReadyNas 1100 IP address.
In the router config - the ISP IP is set to automatic as I don't think a static option is available for my broadband service plan. Subsequently, each time I boot the router, I get a new internet IP address. That accepted for the time being, when I use that current IP from http://whatismyip.org I get the connection reset message.
Access is fine from all LAN machines - OSX, Windows, and Ubuntu.
I guess this is a router issue or is my ISP clobbering the connection?
