Yes, when accessing over the internet you need to use your ISP IP address. Your home network IP addresses are all private, and cannot be accessed remotely.

However, that is not enough. You also need to tell your router to forward port 80 traffic from your ISP to your NAS.
Since your ISP IP address will change (without notice) it is best to also sign up for a dynamic DNS service (there are some free ones), so you can access the web page by a URL and not by IP address. However, I suggest you do that after everything else is working.
