That is okay I believe, when migrating the drives you need to make sure that the drives are on the same slot. If the chassis and the drives does not have the same FW upon migration, the chassis will force firmware update the drives so might as well insert a blank disk and initiate a factory default. Once the FW are the same, you can then migrate the drives.
