Teaming was on (Round-Robin)
Jumbo frames was on (set to 9000 MTU)
Now I lowered it to 1500 as you sugested.
I'll test this setting as soon as possible and come back with an answer.
Good to know this is part of the coming firmware update.

Unfortunately lowering the network settings to 1500 MTU didn't work.
My readynas still didn't respond in the morning after I set this parameter.
Now I disabled the power-timer as a workaround and I'll wait for the firmware update.

I installed the latest beta firmware 6.5.0-T322 yesterday and it worked.
In the morning the RN came alive again and the system log showed perfectly the shutdown and startup-line.
