Problem with apt-get

I've been trying to install OpenVPN on my ReadyNas Duo v2 - and in doing so, i've realised that apt-get is pretty messed up on my NAS!

Doing an apt-get update gives me:

I'm really confused, any sources I try, seem to just keep throwing 404 errors, any advice to fix my repos would be most appreciated.
