I upgraded NAS a long time ago. The RAM was expanded to 4 GB. The processor was installed Intel Core 2 Duo E6600. + the power supply is new!

Only Netgear can access the NAS remotely when you are in tech support mode...
RAIDar has both a diags option and a way to download the log zip. So you could try that.
If you are familiar with ssh, you could log in when the system is in tech support mode, and attempt to troubleshoot from there.

I have Raidar 6.5., but I found there the functions of downloading logs from the NAS
There is no experience and knowledge with SSH(((

Not sure what you are saying. Do you mean that the diags and download logs functions aren't working?

Probably best to just bite the bullet and proceed with the reset.
Though if you want to try and mount the volume manually from tech support mode, I can give you some commands via PM.
