What I can see in NAS network setup, it only runs on 100mbit.
How can I verify if they are all negotiating in gigabit?

Also, forgot to mention that the Stationary PC (win XP) runs though gigabit switch (GS208) then router then NAS
The win 7 laptop connects direct to router.
