Another slow ReadyNAS 102...

WOW, what a difference!
Write average 42MB/s 36 to 44
Read 35.36MB/s 30 to 40
Used the cable the Netgear supplied with the NAS. Changed that one and got the gigabit connection to work.
A bit fluctuating on write... Any suggestion how to stabilize that?
Anyway happy again!
Have to check the rest of our connections in the house now...
