Yes, that is working! I can find the nas with "no disks found"
Great. That suggests that the startup issue might be related to the disks.
So perhaps test the disks in a windows PC with vendor diags (lifeguard for wdc, seatools for seagate). Or try starting the NAS with only one of the disks installed.

Are you seeing one of these LED patterns?
LED blink behavior for 2 disk systems is three quick blinks of all disk LEDs and the backup LED, followed by a 1 second delay, followed by a number of slow blinks. The number of slow blinks will be the error code.
Current error codes:
1 – Vendor mismatch
2 – No disks detected
3 – Bad contents on root partition of disks
4 – Flash error
5 – Unsupported RAID configuration
Also try installing RAIDar on a PC - if the NAS is on the network it can report status.

When the nas is booting up its flashing fast in about 2-3 minutes after that the flashing changes to a slightly slover pace. But no, patterns what I can see.

Your mac is a PC, just running a different OS. :smileyhappy:
You'll find RAIDar for mac here: http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/20684/~/readynas-downloads#raidar?cid=wmt_netgear_organic
Is there any data on the Duo that you care about?

Allright!
I have RAIDar 6.1 installed, and cant se the NAS. (I am on the same network)
I do not care about whats on the NAS ( I havel already tried/done a facory reset)

Try removing the disks and looking again with RAIDar. If the duo is functional, RAIDar should find it and report a "no disks" status.
