Hmmm. Are you sure that case number #26124919 is correct then?
I can see the agent handling the case sent an email last night, but the 316 is registered against a different profile.

good point - pretty sure the "#26124919" wasn't added by me !
I have a case #26419387 which is about the repair to the original Pro 6
and case #26429545 which is about the issues with migration. As I'm trying to achieve the migration this weekend I was hoping someone in the community might be able to help as I am guessing official support wont be around until Monday.

Hello Bornslippy,
I saw your case submission, hopefully someone from the support team will be assigned to it asap.
I saw that you mentioned you couldn't access the RN316's admin page because of the admin login credentials and you were asking if the NAS will run setup wizard where it asks for new password if you put a spare disk. The data, configuration and password are saved to the disks inserted, so if you put a different disk, that password you will use with it will not be the same with the ones that have the data.
I suggest try doing the password recovery for now.
