Ready NAS 104 data dead

Power down the NAS.
I suggest testing the original 3 TB disk 1 in a Windows PC, using vendor tools (WDC's Lifeguard or Dashboard for WDC, Seatools for Seagate). You can connect it with either SATA or a USB adapter dock.
Let us know how that test comes out. It the disk is readable, you could try cloning it with a sector-by-sector cloning tool.

firstly thank you a lot for your help.
I managed to recover all my data as follows:
I cloned disk 2 with DiskGenious.
I connected all 4 disks to PC, then used "reclaime Freeraid recovery" and then "reclaime File Recovery".
I bucked up all my Data.
I have following question.
I placed all four disks again to my readynass 104 in the correct order.
Now I have a healthy system but still no access to the data of the disks. No Volume.
Is there a way to reconstruct the previous volume or the only way to use the NAS drive is to create a new volume?

I'm glad you got your data back. I suggest putting a backup plan in place for your NAS.

I don't think there is a way to reconstruct it, given the info in your first post. So I think you'll need to create a new one.
I suggest running the disk test from the volume settings wheel (waiting for it to complete) before you restore your data.
