Ready NAS 104 System Offline
hi people, I have recently been experiencing some issues with my Netgear ReadyNAS 104 storage array. Everytime it boots up, it works fine front-view display works fine and i'm able to access it...

As I suspected your system is running out of memory. When this happens some lower priority processes are killed to free up memory. Higher priority services such as SMB remain running where possible. This explains why you can still access your shares using Windows but at the same time you can't access the web admin UI.
Which apps do you have installed? If you disable/uninstall these do you still run into the problem?
I think ReadyDLNA might be the culprit on your system. Can you try disabling that?
