How big is the media library you want to use with ReadyDLNA.
The NAS appears to keep on needing to generate a new ReadyDLNA database.

I have this similiar issue everytime I install and attempt to use Plex. This has occurred 5 times, and the only resolution is to start from scratch, with a clean install and not to use plex. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I've sometimes seen issues when plex is updating the library. The NAS nic card starts rapidly blinking, and the NAS stops responding to ping. The only way to bring it back is to pull the plug.
Is that the symptoms you are seeing? Or something else?
If so, then perhaps start with a small library (using files that you know are properly tagged). Then gradually move more into it.
